UK DELIVERY DETAILS 

Yorkshire Rose Candles reserves the right to amend this at any time, without notice.
UK Delivery: 
We aim to dispatch Orders within 2-3 working days of receiving an order.
We offer free standard UK delivery for orders over £45.00
For orders under £10.00 there is a delivery charge of £3.50
For orders between £10.01 and £44.99 there is a delivery charge of £5.00
Orders will be posted using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.  If your order is large and heavy we sometimes use Parcel Force 48.  
Need your order urgently:
We also offer a next day delivery service for £10.00, orders placed by 10 am will be dispatched the same day using either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force 24.   Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.
Your order should reach you the next working day, but once we have dispatched your order, it is down to the courier/Royal Mail to deliver your order with in the time frame.
Local Collection: 
Orders can be collected by arrangement, from Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

We are unable to send our products outside the UK at this time

We offer 2 payment options.
By entering your debit/credit card details and your payment is processed via Stripe.
Or you can pay by PayPal either via your own Paypal account or by debit/credit card as Paypal guest.

RETURNS POLICY 

  • We will accept returns of goods providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition.
  • You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • Providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the good. Refunds are automatically sent to the original payment method.
  • Postage costs to return the goods to us will not be refunded.
  • If you order is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days, and we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
  • To complete your damage return, please contact us with a photograph of your damaged product and proof of purchase by providing your order number. Once we are satisfied the damage was accidental, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT 

Yorkshire Rose Candles, works hard to reduce our plastic usage and only use recylable supplies and packaging.
  • Our candle tins can be recycled, and our glass candles can be washed out and re-used, they make lovely plant pots for succulent plants, we have a customer who uses them to drink her favourite whiskey out of them. (Please ensure you thoroughly wash the glass tumblers at a high temperature if you do this)
  • We use recyclable kraft boxes for our glass containers and reed diffusers.
  • Our wax melts are packaged in glassine bags which is made from pure pine wood cellulose which is 100% recyclable, biodegradable, compostable.   The labels are paper.
  • Some of our stockist have their wax melts in RPET clamshell packaging specially made for wax melts because these containers are better for shop displays.   RPET means the container is made from recycled plastic.  Plus, the containers can be recycled again, so please do pop them in your recycling bin.
  • Our packaging material is mostly recyclable. You will find we will use bubble wrap bags around our room sprays to protect them during transit. Room sprays and reed diffusers must be packaged into plastic bags; in case they leak during transit. This is a requirement by Royal Mail and couriers that we have adhered to.
  • We do pack your orders using eco-flo packing peanuts, which are made out of a corn starch base and are 100% biodegradable.
