Safety Information

Reed Diffuser Care
Reed diffusers are designed to gently fragrance a room. They are not designed to fill a room with fragrance. Reed diffusers create a subtle aroma, only notice as you walk or stand nearby.

Reed diffusers work by the reeds soaking up the fragrance, therefore it is important that you turn your reeds to ensure the fragrance keeps diffusing, we recommend turning your reeds once a week. It is advised you wear a disposable glove when turning your reeds to avoid getting the liquid on your skin.
Reed diffusers work best in warm rooms but do not put them on top of radiators or in direct sunlight as the liquid will evaporate more quickly. If you find your can no longer smell your reed diffuser, we suggest, you give the bottle a little gentle shake, then turn the reeds. We also find moving your reed diffuser to another room can get it diffusing again.
